We are located in NYC, while we will attempt to fulfill every order possible with in stock items, items out of stock will be fulfilled once storefronts are RE-OPENED and functioning at full capacity. We appreciate your patience during these unfortunate COVID19 times.

How long does it take for my for my goodies to arrive?

7-10 business days for processing and 3-4 business days for shipping. We ship via USPS first class mail.  Please confirm your shipping address with PayPal to prevent shipping delays or loss.  We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.  No modifications to sizing or shipping can be made once an order has been placed.  The LIQtees cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredicatable weather, natural disasters or general delays with the corporate USPS system. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ADDRESSES AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE CORRECT. WE LACK THE ABILITY TO MAKE CHANGES ON OUR END. WE DO NOT COVER RE-SHIPPING FEES FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES.

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. This is an automated DUPLICATE service. Please check your SPAM. You may track the status of your order directly on the USPS website by entering your tracking number. If part of your order is out of stock, the items will be shipped separately until the order is completely fulfilled. This timeline varies and will be shared with the purchaser as items are shipped. Any issues with an order must be sent via email within 15 days.  If issues are NOT resolved, please do NOT contact us asking to override our policy. ANY ISSUE MUST be resolved within 15 days! NO EXCEPTIONS!

What type of shirts do you use? 

 

Bella, Bella Canvas, Next Level & Gildan Soft Style for women and Gildan for men unless otherwise stated.The t-shirts are baby doll fitted, unless otherwise stated, and if the customer would like a looser fit then order a size up.  Other apparel is customly crafted and for a better fit.  PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY AND LOOK AT THE MODELS TO ASCERTAIN SIZING.  The LIQtees is NOT responsible for return shipping NOR replacement shipping. This is a firm policy. Please be aware upon completing purchases. We do NOT KNOW your size so "clarifying" sizes with us does not absolve this policy.

What forms of payments do you accept?

 

All processing is through PayPal, which accepts MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.  The LIQtees does not maintain credit card numbers of customers.

Prices, Quantities, Styles, Colors and Availability Issues?

All prices are subject to change without notice.  All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering.  The LIQtees reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics.  All orders are subject to availability.  While we make every attempt to ensure inventory is updated, it can CHANGE rapidly. We are not responsible for items not available.

All materials published on this website are protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by The LIQtees|The LIQ NY or the party credited as the provider of the material. The entire contents of this website are also copyrighted as a collective work under the US copyright laws and the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement are protected by copyright. No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. 

Do you accept returns?

All exchanges must be reported within 7 days of order delivery date in the form of an email valarie@theliqny.comFAILURE TO DO THIS MAY RESULT IN REJECTING THE RETURN. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly fix or replace it. IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR IN SIZE SELECTION, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING BACK TO THE LIQTEES AND FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE REPLACEMENT.PLEASE CHOSE SIZES CAREFULLY! Please remember we are a "print to order" site and your request size may not be readily available. You would then have to wait until the next run of the item to exchange. Buyer's Remorse returns are at the expense of the buyer and 13% restocking fee will be applied before the store credit is issued.

 

Also, note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of the garments and materials in real life. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a manufacturing error.

 

All LIQtees are created per order. There is no "backstock", warehouse or inventory. We DO NOT issue REFUNDS on items already processed. All clearance items and custom orders are FINAL sale.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS are NONREFUNDABLE. (12 MINIMUM)

All purchases are FINAL. A credit will be offered.  We do not offer refunds.
